We ask that requests please be made in writing, if possible, so as to help us ensure we meet the exact needs of your request. However, we would be happy to discuss questions further by phone or in-person.
Contact us for a FREE 30 minute consultation! We will let you know the approximate amount of time required and the estimated total cost. That said, we can tailor our research to meet your budget!
Notes:
- Rush orders are subject to an additional $100/project; rush orders on City Directory searches are subject to an additional $100 for the first 2-hours + $25 for every additional hour.
- A $30 minimum charge applies for Document Delivery and Genealogical Research; $62.50 minimum charge applies for City Directory searches; and $57.50 minimum charge applies for all other research services.
- Prices based on Canadian research; US and international research available for additional cost.
- All fees listed do not include tax – your local tax will apply.
Payment
We accept payment by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or credit card payment (Visa/Mastercard); exceptions can be made for those hoping to pay by cash or cheque. Our Accounting department will provide details for EFT, and a link to pay online. For new clients, a $50 deposit is required before we can begin any research – this applies to your final total amount. Repeat clients may opt to pay by invoice.
