CELA (Centre for Equitable Library Access)

Vancouver Public Library is a member of the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA). With your library card, Vancouver residents who have a print disability, as outlined by Accessible Services, can register for this service on their own, with Accessible Services, or ask at your local Vancouver Public Library branch.

CELA Educator Access is available for many educational institutions to support students with print disabilities. Please see the CELA Educator Access page or call Accessible Services for more information.
