Internet Access Cards

To access the Internet you will need either a Vancouver Public Library card or Internet Access card. Only those who are not eligible for a regular VPL card need to apply for an Internet Access card. If you already have a regular VPL card that has overdues or charges it can still be used to access the Internet.

For an Internet Access card one piece of personal ID should be shown. Address ID is not essential. The card allows access to both the regular and wireless Internet networks and expires one year after the date of registration. A parent’s signature on the application is required for anyone under 14 years of age.
