This application form will be sent to us electronically. It is NOT necessary to print the form and fax it to us. If you have not received a response from us after 48 hours, please call the Library Square Conference Centre office at 604-331-3823.

  3. Review your information carefully. Missing information will slow down your application process

  4. Click on "Submit your request" when you are satisfied the information is complete and correct.

A confirmation message will appear on screen when the Application has been sent.

If space is available, a Library Room Licence will be sent to you.
