Promenade Spaces
Each day, approximately 7,000 people pass through the Promenade to access the library. This high-traffic, covered street space also houses retail shops and food and beverage vendors. Illuminated by natural light, the Promenade provides ideal exposure for information booths and trade fairs.

Trade Fairs
Organizations seeking promotional space can rent a portion of the Promenade to hold their trade fairs. The space is suitable for product launches, job fairs, information displays and press conferences.
A full trade fair is afforded 2,012 square feet in which up to 30 tables can be set. Alternatively, a trade fair held only at the North End of the Promenade encompasses nearly 1,300 square feet, accommodating up to 20 tables. See the Trade Fair Guidelines for more information.
Information Table
Corporate and community groups desiring smaller promotional spaces may rent information tables on the Promenade. One information table space includes a 10'x10' area to accommodate a display booth.
