North Plaza
The Central Branch Library is a landmark building in downtown Vancouver and its street corner plazas are among the city's most popular public spaces.
The North Plaza, at the intersection of West Georgia Street and Homer Street, has more than 4,000 square feet of outdoor space. This highly visible site has been used for various non-profit promotions, filming, performances, art installations, public rallies and other community events. The North Plaza is available for rentals, but its use is governed by the VPL Public Space Policy. Corporate branding, including sponsors' logos, is not allowed.
