Alice MacKay Room

Located on the Lower Level of Library Square, Alice MacKay is our largest meeting room and the prime choice for the Vancouver Public Library's author readings and other programming.

Alice MacKay inspired the creation of the Vancouver Foundation in 1943 with $1,000 she had saved from her secretarial job. It has since grown to become the largest community foundation in Canada.
