Hours at five Vancouver Public Library neighbourhood branches are being restored after City Council included funding in the 2011 Operating Budget to reinstate hours removed in the 2010 Budget.

The Kensington Branch will remain closed until early February as restoration work continues following a storm drain overflow. The Library regrets this extended branch closure.
