Library Board Adopts 2010 Budget

Vancouver Public Library Trustees this evening voted to keep the Riley Park Branch open 35 hours per week and to maintain current hours at seven branches as they balanced the Library’s 2010 Operating Budget.

The Library is committed to providing high-quality digital information: online newspapers, magazines and a collection of over 50,000 ebooks. For 2010, however, we must reduce the quantity of resources available online.
