Choose from these options:
- Renewals Menu – On this menu there are three choices you can make. You can either enter barcodes of items for renewal, renew all items currently out to you, or list items on loan (with an option to renew). Remember to have the items you wish to renew ready. The fastest way to renew one or two items is to choose the enter barcodes option from the renewals menu and enter the barcodes of the items you wish to renew. The renewal service is available 24 hours a day. However, if the item is due that day you must renew before 9:00 p.m. to avoid overdue charges. For more information, see the Renewals page.
- Requests Menu – List or cancel items you have requested.
- Account Status – List the number of items currently on loan to you, the number of items you have requested, and the total fines and charges currently owed by you.
- Customize Name – Replace the electronically generated version of your name.
To end the call, at the main menu press the * key. After a moment, Dial-in will thank you for calling and hang up.
