Changing Your PIN

At VPL, protecting your personal information is important to us. To keep your personal borrowing information at VPL secure, we strongly encourage all borrowers to regularly change your personal identification number (PIN), used to access your library account. Read the instructions below, or ask a VPL staff member to assist you. For more information on privacy at VPL, visit our Protection of Privacy page.

How to Change your Personal Identification (PIN) number

To change your VPL personal identification number (PIN), click on My VPL from the VPL home page. Log in using your library card number and your existing PIN. Once you have logged in select "Account Settings" from the "My VPL" menu. On this page, fill out the online form to change your PIN.
