The following order form can be downloaded in PDF (Acrobat) format, and may also be obtained by contacting Special Collections. To order copies of our photographs, print out and send completed form to Special Collections via fax, mail, or in person. We will also accept scanned forms sent via email.

Further Information
- A majority of the photographs in the collection are available for purchase.
- When ordering photos, please provide the VPL Accession number listed with each photograph.
- The photo lab picks up and delivers on Wednesdays - orders need to be placed by 6:00pm Tuesday.
- Orders normally take one week to process, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
- All photographic reproduction orders must be prepaid.
CREDITS: All reproductions used for publication or display must be credited to the Vancouver Public Library. Instructions on how to credit the photos are on the Photograph Order form.

The Vancouver Public Library and its photo lab will supply you with the best quality photographs possible. Please be aware that the photographs you are ordering are old, and reproduction prints may not be exactly as they appear on the Web.
