Personal or Research Use
To purchase images for personal use, i.e. research, private study or home decor, please complete and sign the following form:
Commercial Use
To purchase images for commercial use, e.g. print or online publication; video, film or T.V.; postcards, t-shirts, or greeting cards, please complete and sign all of the forms found at the link below:Non-Profit Use
To purchase images for non-profit use, i.e. a registered non-profit organization under the BC Society Act or as a charitable organization under the Income Tax Act, please complete and sign all of the forms found at the link below:Local Media Use

Further Information
A majority of the photographs in the collection are available for purchase. When ordering photos, please provide the VPL Accession number listed with each photograph. The photo lab picks up and delivers on Wednesdays. Orders must be placed by 6:00PM on Tuesdays for pick up by the photo lab the next day. Orders normally take one week to process, depending on the size and complexity of the order. All photographic reproduction orders must be prepaid.All reproductions used for publication or display must be credited to the Vancouver Public Library.
All responsibility for copyright infringement and invasion of privacy arising from use of reproductions is assumed by the user.
The Vancouver Public Library and its photo lab will supply you with the best quality photographs possible. Please be aware that the photographs you are ordering are old, and reproduction prints may not be exactly as they appear on the Web.
