The latest release of microfilm indexes to Ontario birth, marriage and death records has arrived. The new release covers 1914 births, 1929 marriages, and 1939 deaths. The films are available in Fine Arts and History on Level 6 at the Central Library. October 17, 2011

British Columbia Civil Registration Updates
As of June 2011, there will be no general release of the British Columbia 1934 and 1935 marriage registrations or the 1989 and 1990 death registrations. The 1934-35 indexes to marriage registrations and the 1989-90 indexes to death registrations are available online. Copies of registrations for these years may be obtained through the Vital Statistics Agency.
