The Carnegie Reading Room card is available free for users who do not have the ID required for a Vancouver Public Library card.

The Carnegie Reading Room card is only valid in the Carnegie Reading Room. It is not valid for use in any other library.

You can borrow a maximum of four items for the first time. After that, you can borrow up to twenty (20) items at one time. You can borrow up to 2 DVDs and 2 CDs at one time.

You can return borrowed items to another Vancouver Public Library branch or to any Interlink library.
